Each speaker will be allowed to share her/his screen: you can use any support you want to prepare your presentation. For the discussion sessions: participants will write questions via the “Q&A” tab at the bottom of the ZOOM window, specifying the name of the speaker or the talk reference (example: “ACT O2: can you please explain…” or “Jean Dupont: can you please explain…”). Questions will be asked by the chairperson. Exceptionally, the floor may be given to a participant by the chairperson for an oral question. There will be no poster session. |
